At GORUCK, we build gear to last a lifetime, but if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items in original condition within 30 days. We offer a streamlined process to ensure you get back to training as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate the Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your gear.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at the designated carrier location; please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are clean.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team inspects the gear for quality, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
